Operations Manager

Chloé, having joined PGC Advocacy in 2019, is our Operations Manager. She is responsible for PGC’s strategic direction. Working alongside the Managing Professional and Public Relations Coordinator, she undertakes a wide range of administrative duties, including but not limited to; compliance, accounting, debt recovery and human resources.

She ensures that PGC Advocacy operates effectively, ethically and maintains its reputation for excellent client care.

Chloé has previous experience in managing services provided to vulnerable individuals and protected persons. Skills which she transfers for the benefit of both PGC Advocacy and our most vulnerable clients.

Chloé is currently completing a BSc (Hons) degree in Veterinary Nursing Science and will qualify as a registered veterinary nurse this year.


Volunteer, Badger Unit Manager and Operational First Aider with St John Ambulance.

Outside of work, Chloé is a keen musician, with grade 6 alto saxophone and enjoys playing in a big band.
